liujg6 d765bb376a arm64/dts: make adb works on hawao 
Hawao shared discrete_charging.dtsi with rhode right now.
While after rhode merged the change to define GPIO96, adb can not
work on hawao anymore.
Remove include discreate_charging.dtsi and we will add seperate
dtsi for hawao specifically.

wangwang1 3def347096 kernel:dwc3:fix QC native bug to stop VDD regulator unexpectly 
VDD regulator is not defined but the related voltage range is defined in the dtsi
it causes the regulator driver to create a dummy regulator for VDD but fail at
set voltage operation. Once the voltage operation is failed, the driver fails out
to disable the core-voltage as well, the core-voltage is working for both dwc3 and ufshcd
in consequence, the ufshcd was affected unexpectly to cause watchdog panic

wangwang1 2ffd5eb92d kernel:dtsi: enable charg type detection and usb enmu 
sgm4154x int pin must be set as pull up as it will trigger a fall edge signal
to interrupt drivers, configure internal pullup resistor to make it work.
sgm4154x driver has to enable dpdm regulator to detect the charge type correctly.
Once this regulator is enabled, the usb enumeration stop working as the OTG module
fails to send signal to dwc3 usb driver, so the dwc3 usb driver has to rely on
external extcon to signal the USB cable events, as long as events triggerred, dwc3
usb driver can auto resume the OTG devices, so the enumeration can go on. Set dwc3
work under "otg" mode as it can auto resume  the OTG device.

Alison Venancio 9d26b1b173 - Device was not turning off when simulates instant drop voltage 
The device was not entering in DBR mode after set the power supply to 3V.
After change the battery mv empty to 0 this issue stopped.
