Konstantin Makariev d423d7e6bd sec_mmi: debug interface enhancements

This commit includes the following enhancements:
1) debug interfaces moved from Samsung specific sysfs path to I2C
   device path
2) write register interface added
3) write register and erase firmware interfaces only available
   in factory mode
