During error scenarios, while error handler is in middle of resetting the host controller, we might get a line reset which may result isr handler trying to access UFS register. But since controller is in reset state, SW won't have access to controller register which will lead to noc error. several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
