duff fb24b59cc3 rhode: add Kali NetHunter support (mac80211, injection, usb-gadgets)

- Add nethunter_rhode.config fragment with NetHunter features:
  - CONFIG_MAC80211, CFG80211 for monitor mode/injection
  - External USB Wi-Fi drivers: ath9k_htc, carl9170, rt2800usb, rtl8187, rtl8xxxu
  - BadUSB/HID gadgets: USB_CONFIGFS_F_HID, F_FS, F_MASS_STORAGE
  - Bluetooth RFCOMM, HIDP
  - Netfilter/iptables for MITM attacks
- Fix build: include paths for techpack camera-bengal
- Fix build: trace include paths for display drivers
- Fix build: synaptics_tcm2_mmi Kbuild include path

Linux kernel

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
