usb_therm: SDP/CDP should't toggle mosfet

optzimize the usb protection code. SDP and CDP shouldn't toggle
the mosfet.For SDP/CDP type, only suspend and disable the charger.

usb_therm: add usb_therm toggle mosfet

For penang japan, the charging should stop as the usb_therm is
too high. Thermal control the mosfet to disable charging.

fps: fixup kernel panic by calling input_free_device
...
Rmmod goodix_fod_mmi.ko caused kernel panic, 'Kernel panic -
not syncing: refcount_t: underflow; use-after-free.'
Input_unregister_device will internally free the device, so
input_free_device sohuld not be called.
