Rishabh Bhatnagar 119960e66b kernel_headers: Fix headers not detected in incremental builds 
Currently the Soong logic doesn't kick in if a change updates
headers but doesn't update gen_headers_arm*.bp files for
incremental builds. Fix the issue by making inputs to the
kernel_headers.py script as variables instead of a list.

Rishabh Bhatnagar 159937694d drivers: esoc: Don't increment pon counter incase of retry 
While setting the number of pon tries the retry from mdm-helper
can't be taken into account. So don't increase the pon_trial
counter when mdm-helper sends retry command to esoc, as it might
affect the sequence set from userspace.

Rishabh Bhatnagar b09200aba4 esoc: Wait for modem status to go low in crash shutdown 
Wait for modem status to go low in crash shutdown. This helps
cover the race condition where there is a crash during graceful
shutdown and we end up in crash path and send crash notification
to clients even before the modem status has gone low.

Rishabh Bhatnagar ff1d28007c esoc: Perform warm reset in place of cold reset for Kona 
As cold reset is not supported on Kona, perform warm reset
internally in the mdm_power_down function. Revert back to using
power down api in reboot and shutdown functions.

Rishabh Bhatnagar 0d892007de esoc: Service error fatal interrupt in BOOT and RUN mode 
Start monitoring the error fatal interrupts after modem status
goes high. If we observe errfatal before modem is completely
up wait till mdm-helper returns BOOT_DONE/FAIL/RETRY to trigger
SSR.

Rishabh Bhatnagar 39d484bec1 esoc: Use BOOT mode indicating mdm2ap status high 
Put modem in BOOT mode representing the state where mdm2ap
status has gone high but the efs pipe is not yet established.
Differenciating boot and run state helps handle error fatal
interrupts better.

Rishabh Bhatnagar f4e9c3365c drivers: esoc: Set crash status after modem status goes low 
In situations where graceful shutdown and errfatal occur parallely on
modem, the graceful shutdown thread can go into crash shutdown path
because the crash flag is set asynchronously in mdm_errfatal handler.
In this case clients are notified that modem has crashed even though
it hasn't crashed completely. Clients perform cleanup based on the
assumption that modem is completely crashed and this might lead use
after free scenarios. Therefore wait for modem status to go low to
set the crash flag.

Rishabh Bhatnagar 53cc2791d7 drivers: esoc: Do a warm reset as shutdown is not implemented 
As shutdown is not implemented for kona, do a warm reset in
graceful shutdown and adb reboot scenarios. This should help
in resetting the modem state.

Rishabh Bhatnagar 632f326cb4 esoc: Use qpnp-power-on apis to reset modem 
In recent targets a PON device can reset the attached modem chip via
its primary pmic using SPMI. Integrate apis to do a warm reset for
modem making sure we are still backwards comaptible.

Watchdog driver detects hangs/freezes in the system. If the watchdog
is not "pet" at regular intervals, the system is assumed to have
become non responsive and is reset. Add device tree entry for the
watchdog timer driver.

Rishabh Bhatnagar 25872677a3 defconfig: Enable CPU Subsystem dump driver for kona 
CPU Subsystem driver is to dump instruction and data tlbs to a buffer.
This is used to analyze data in case of corruption. To support this
feature, enable this driver for kona.

Rishabh Bhatnagar 0d667cf05e soc: qcom: Change to new timer API for PIL, SSR driver 
Since the timer APIs have changed the timer callback function
directly gets the timer_list * pointer through which the containing
data structure can be obtained. Data is no longer part of the timer_list
struct. Removing it from code.

Rishabh Bhatnagar 422b3db2a5 firmware: Fix security issue with request_firmware_into_buf() 
When calling request_firmware_into_buf() with the FW_OPT_NOCACHE flag
it is expected that firmware is loaded into buffer from memory.
But inside alloc_lookup_fw_priv every new firmware that is loaded is
added to the firmware cache (fwc) list head. So if any driver requests
a firmware that is already loaded the code iterates over the above
mentioned list and it can end up giving a pointer to other device driver's
firmware buffer.
Also the existing copy may either be modified by drivers, remote processors
or even freed. This causes a potential security issue with batched requests
when using request_firmware_into_buf.

Fix alloc_lookup_fw_priv to not add to the fwc head list if FW_OPT_NOCACHE
is set, and also don't do the lookup in the list.
