arm64: defconfig: Flash compatible

Distinguish IIC Flash Supplier.
1.add CAMERA_FLASH_IIC_COMPATIBLE config
2.add "CONFIG_CAMERA_FLASH_IIC_COMPATIBLE=y" in the hawao default config
