- monitor-flag: low voltage and low temperature monitor control flag,

0:disablemonitor.
- monitor-timer-val: schedule duration of low voltage and low temperature monitor function, ms
-low-vol-table-down:low voltage table of monitor when voltage is going down.

-low-vol-table-up:low voltage table of monitor when voltage is going up.
