clk: qcom: gpucc-lagoon: Fix regulator corner mapping

Correct the voltage corner arrays for vdd_gx and vdd_mx. The previous
mapping swapped the corner arrays, causing vdd_gx to request invalid
voltages and leading to a kernel panic during clock registration due
to memory corruption when building with clang-r547379 or newer.
