a17671 52971f6876 tty:diag:Move tty_flip_buffer_push out of spinlock ...

Upstream pty kernel driver already moved the tty_flip_buffer_push
Out of tty_flip_buffer_push, adjust the tty_diag driver to do the same
Otherwise there will be lockup watchdog panic generated
