Propogate changes from (CR). Dogfooder reported call has no sound issue, it happens on the first bootup after BOTA upgrading. According to kernel log, filesystem mount more than 5 minutes, causes locator service timed out. After discussing with Qcom, they suggest to enlarge this timeout value.
