Add device tree property xhci-hw-lpm-disable support for
xhci hardware lpm feature disabling.
For some connected devices the host phone, they may be some
detection issue if xhci hardware lpm feature is enabled.
For this case, add this property in device tree of usb controller
to disable xhci hardware lpm.
