This change adds documentation for GPU property
"qcom,gpu-speed-bin-vectors" which helps to add multiple fuses
based speed bin. This enables support for different GPU Fmax
frequencies based on speed bin value.

Add GPU mempool configuration for 32bit Bengal. This configuration
doesn't reserve any memory upfront and adds a limit on higher order
pages that can be pooled. This is needed to optimize memory footprint
for 32bit devices.

This change adds documentation for GPU memory pool property
"qcom,mempool-max-pages" which can be specified for each pool.
This property provides an option to limit number of pages that
can be pooled in a given pool.

We should have a vote for CPU to GPU config path
when we are trying to access any GPU config registers.
This will make sure that all the clocks in the CPU to
GPU config paths are ON and we are not riding on
someone's else vote for this path.

This patch adds documentation for optional gpu configurations based on
nvmem device. This is an alternative way of reading fuse bits
configurations from nvmem region.
