When CONFIG_DEBUG_FS is disabled, the call to
debugfs_create_dir will result in an error.
Add a check of the config to avoid the error.

Conversion of negative "num_modules" var value
will result in max possible unsigned int value
and hence can cause mem corruption when accessed.
Resolve this by assigning the same data type
to "num_modules" var as used in the calling fn.

Add camera legacy support by checking BOARD_CONFIG_CAMERA_KERNEL_NAME
to decide which folder will be used to compile the camera techpack.
Also, due to camera legacy, the camera uapi kernel headers installation
routines need to be updated to consider the camera legacy support.
This commit also fixes the routines to install kernel headers for
'make headers_install' and also 'qti_generate_kernel_headers_arm'
and 'qti_generate_kernel_headers_arm64'.

Add a sysfs mechanism to track the idle state of display subsystem.
This allows user space to poll on the idle state node to detect when
display goes idle for longer than the time set.

This causes parts of the audio module to be rebuilt during every
incremental build, even if there are no changes:
CC techpack/audio/ipc/apr.o - due to command line change
CC techpack/audio/ipc/apr_v2.o - due to command line change
CC techpack/audio/ipc/apr_tal_rpmsg.o - due to command line change
CC techpack/audio/ipc/wcd-dsp-glink.o - due to command line change
We're only experiencing this issue in techpack/audio/ipc at the moment,
but kill the timestamp injection in all the audio components to
eliminate the possibility of encountering this issue again in the
future. This is harmless since the injected BUILD_TIMESTAMP macro is
never used.
